Justice League Movie Confirmed

jleague

Earlier this week the confirmation and casting that ‘Cyborg’ was going to appear in Batman Vs Superman was big news, but no real surprise to anyone who had been following the news around who and how many heroes may be appearing (If you’ve not been following its all here). However it has now been officially confirmed by Warner Brothers president Greg Silverman that ‘Superman Vs Batman’ will have a cliffhanger that will lead directly into the ‘Justice League’ movie to be directed by Zack Snyder.

Is this good news or bad news? And are we really getting a cliff hanger ending in such a massive movie for DC? I’m hoping its a post credits ending- and not the actual end but time will tell.

The Madness of Doctor McCoy

Great character piece- that highlights why ‘Beast’ isn’t the heart of the X-men, but a man who has always strived to cure himself and better himself at the expense of others- and more recently time and the universe itself

Mah Muse Comics

Hank McCoy was one of the original X-Men, and he was also the first X-Man to graduate. He’s had years of experience as a member of the Avengers, and has become the X-Men’s most accomplished scientist. Unfortunately, I happen to be of the view that he’s also going round the bend.

Final X-Men: Days of Future Past trailer

After all the footage we’ve seen so far and the huge amount of character spots that have been released each week I was getting worried there would be no need to see X-Men: Days of Future Past as it would have all been seen, however the new (and final) trailer has arrived and boosts some new footage.

The most exciting new footage is of Quicksilver on the move, although his character still looks odd to me. Along with Magneto tarring down an entire stadium- presumably for usage as shrapnel against Sentinels.

So without further waiting, here’s the new trailer

X-Men: Days of Future Past Opening Battle Clip

Graphic Policy

The next generation of mutants fight against the extinction of their kind as a deadly new enemy draws near.

The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-Men: Days of Future Past. The beloved characters from the original “X-Men” film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from “X-Men: First Class,” in an epic battle that must change the past — to save our future.

Weekly Recommendation: Batman the animated series

This weeks recommendation sees my first real venture into the world of animated television shows based upon comic books- so I thought I should start with the cream of the crop and it gets no better than the early to late 90’s animated Batman series. This series has set the bar for every DC animated series to follow- and in my opinion nothing has even come close yet.
