X-Men: Days of future past- Magneto tied to JFK assassination?

The latest viral video has gone live for X-men: Days of future past and it aims to answer one of histories longest running questions- did Lee Harvey Oswald act alone in the killing of JFK? After all this time it appears a mutant could have been involved.

This is the subject of a new viral marketing campaign for “X-Men: Days of Future Past,” which lays out an alternate history where Erik Lehnsherr, a.k.a. mutant villain Magneto, was tried and convicted for conspiring with Oswald. A video recounting the events of Kennedy’s assassination claims that the government’s evidence against Magneto was “circumstantial at best,”

Yet Magneto is believed to have “altered the trajectory of Oswald’s second bullet, effectively murdering the president,” This is a great piece of viral marketing that can be seen below.

“X-Men: Days of Future Past” opens May 23, 2014.
